Job Description
INTAKE: JANUARY 2024 ONWARDS REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must hold a minimum qualification of Bachelor in Marketing or Bio-tech (fresh graduate)
- Computer literate with knowledge in Word, Excel, PPT or etc
- Able to work independent and travelling outstation
- Pro-active to solve problem
- Language Mandarin, Malay and English
- Provide technical support to customer
- Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and technical specification
- Gain a deep understanding of products or services being sold, including their features, benefits and technical specification
- Colloborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for reaching sales targets and goals
