JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support to customer
Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and feedback for improvement
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and technical specification
Gain a deep understanding of products or services being sold, including their features, benefits and technical specification
Colloborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for reaching sales targets and goals
