An exciting Sales Trainer/L&D Specialist job has been made available by a renowned medical device organisation here in Malaysia.
About the Sales Trainer/L&D Specialist Role:
You will be responsible for designing, developing and conducting sales training to sales employees to help achieve the company\'s goals and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and conduct training modules
- Conduct sales training for sales employees
- Carry out training needs analysis evaluations and surveys
- Carry out on-the-job coaching in the field
- Design develop and conduct training programmes related to sales leadership skills
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Science, Psychology or related field
- Knowledge of module or training and instructional programme design
- Experience in the medical equipment or medical device field is a must
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Innovative, aggressive and self-motivated, with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people
- Readiness to travel
