About the Job:
Inside Sales/Marketing & Communications Specialist would be a marketing professional with experience in international marketing, to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support and advance brand building.

Major responsibilities:

  • Managing the marketing function in line with our Business Unit strategy and financial targets
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for GBU (Global Business Unit) Data Center organization in order to attract potential customers, retain existing ones and increasing brand awareness and market share of company\'s Data Centers
  • Establish a database of global exhibitions and events in the Data-Center Market
  • Developing and managing the GBU DTC marketing department\'s budget
  • Organize and Manage Events and Marketing Campaigns globally
  • Gather customer and market insights, analyze Data Center market trends, market studies and preparing market forecasts
The tasks for proposal management / inside sales:
  • Preparing all the digital collaboration workspaces and manage the access permissions
  • Writing proposals and pre-qualification questionnaires for submission
  • Ensuring all major and strategic tenders have conformed to the bid management review process
  • Monitoring and communicating tender clarifications to the bid team
  • Monitoring and coordination of the project workflow system, making sure this is updated on a regular basis
  • Ensuring Legal Counsel has the opportunity to review the contract and that risks have been assessed and referred for action
  • Document control and distribution
  • Assembling supporting information such as QA Certificates, H&S Documentation, References from internal resources and stakeholders
  • Leadership in developing of messaging strategy, sales content and complex proposals to win new architectural, engineering and construction projects for advanced technology clients.
  • Providing leadership in concert with sales and operations.
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, brochures and other market segment related materials on a global level.
  • Research clients, markets/competitors and coordinate with sales team in the identification of gaps, development of win strategies, and key messaging.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns for global companies
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, inside sales, and branding.
  • Experience in working with Data Centres
  • Software Skills: MS Office, ADOBE Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator,\xe2\x80\xa6)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to travel as necessary
