: As a member of the international Communications Team the APAC Communications Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks focusing on the APAC region: * Define, coordinate, and execute an internal and external communica : As a member of the international Communications Team the APAC Communications Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks focusing on the APAC region: Define, coordinate, and execute an internal and external communications calendar in an international environment. Ensure external communications are on strategy, message, and brand. Work closely with the global Communications Team to develop a media relations strategy including press releases, public statements, and other documents for which appropriate messaging is critical. Generate other written promotional communications, including social media posts and emails. Develop and execute the company events strategy Partner closely with the global Communications Team and creative agencies to ensure our creative ideas make most effective use of an integrated mix of owned, earned, and paid channels, and are deployed via innovative, targeted media and technology Develop, maintain, and update Q&A documents as needed Help to manage APAC social media presence. Initiate the update of the corporate website according to the needs of the APAC region Coordinate, execute and evaluate APAC communication processes. Control of corporate identity within the APAC region Key Skills: Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple/different way(s) and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Strong verbal communication skills Excellent writing skills required Capacity to develop an understanding of a dynamic, multi-faceted story, involving multiple elements of scientific, financial, commercial, competitive, strategic, and goal-oriented messages. Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented. Attention to detail, and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners. Extended knowledge of the media tools Understanding of sensitivity around material non-public information. Requirements/Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in communication required. Excellent English and Chinese knowledges Min 1-3 years of experience working in Communications, preferably in packaging company, in a transversal role and/or project management role Ability to travel 10-20% (as and when required)
