Job Description


As the Sales Training Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Commercial Head and will be expected to utilize their B2B enterprise, consultative selling expertise to empower the internal sales team to build stronger rapport with customers and drive more impactful business development strategies, ultimately maximizing revenue growth.Among the many responsibilities, some are as follows:

  • Strategic Training Plan: Develop and implement a training plan to onboard new sales team members, channels, and partnership teams, while enhancing the skills of existing team members.
  • Training Delivery: Create and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials for various sales roles, including BDO, channel/resellers, telemarketing, solution sales, and customer segments.
  • Collaboration and Content Creation: Work with sales leadership, product managers, and marketing teams to identify training needs, develop relevant content, and produce sales enablement tools like playbooks and product guides.
  • Customer and Programmatic Training: Conduct online and face-to-face training for high ARPU customers to ensure product proficiency, in close collaboration with the customer success team.
  • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback from stakeholders, incorporating insights to refine training approaches, and provide ongoing coaching and support through regional training sessions and skill-building activities.

It\'s critical you have an all-rounded experience and must possess the requirements below:
  • Bachelor\'s degree & above, with at least 5 years of commercial sales & marketing experience in a B2B setting. Prior experience in sales training or financial services is a plus point.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with the capability to transform complex concepts into practical, actionable training modules.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening abilities with capacity to articulate complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
  • Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & fast paced environment.
