Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales (both online & offline).
Provide product information, quotations, and follow-up with leads.
Maintain customer records and update sales tracking sheets.
Work closely with the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
Work From Home (must have stable internet connection).
