Join our CRM team

As our new Salesforce Support Specialist you will join the CRM team, consisting of 10 people globally. It is a part of the Diagnostics IT department in Demant where 38 people in total are working out of our offices around the world. You will be working alongside specialist in the areas of CRM, ERP (NAV), data governance, system integrations and more.

We offer you a possibility to be an active player in the implementation of Salesforce CRM in new Business organizations and be the first contact for the whole Asia Pacific region supporting and solving problems. All as a part of the OneDiagnostics project team of 35 energetic and engaged colleagues across business and IT.

Your main responsibilities and tasks:

  • As the pioneer for the Asia Pacific region and the primary support person for the Japan and Korea markets, you will be part of a global support team with hubs located in Poland, Chicago, and Manila.
  • Taking part in the implementations of new Business organizations
  • Ability to self-research, learn new features or updates involving the support of our core products of Salesforce
  • Be comfortable educating, coaching, and supporting others in a positive way
  • Ability to identify, document and communicate any trends or issues for escalations internally or to other departments
  • Take an active part in providing and contributing to a positive team culture that is based remotely across the country
  • Participate in the ongoing education of our products to support our customers and provide feedback to the product development team
  • Demonstrate consistency in high quality of support with customers while showing knowledge of both the product and our internal processes
  • Time management working in a remote environment to effectively accomplish all goals assigned
To Qualify for the Role:

To succeed in this position, it\xc2\xb4s important that you have several years of experience from a technical related customer support, preferably in an international company. You may currently be working as a specialist or consultant. Maybe you have been working as a hands-on Customer Support Specialist or have experience as a CRM Specialist or similar. Experience working with Salesforce.com would be a benefit.

To sum up, we are looking for following:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of technical related customer support
  • Proactive approach
  • Exceptional communication skills including probing, gaining agreement, and accurately documenting the customer issue(s)
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment where you are motivated to help educators succeed with Salesforce each day
  • Experience in a customer guiding role(s) with proven success supporting over the phone, email, chat
  • Experience or Certification with Salesforce is welcome
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and the ability to converse in Japanese/Korean will be an advantage
  • Flexible to travel to Europe & Japan/Korea when required
