Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and Align customer\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements to the native Vlocity functionality and construct a development plan that will deliver the desired solution \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within the Salesforce Industries/Vlocity platform \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as the main point of contact and escalation for daily service issues along with PM and be a primary point of contact for Stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Submit the estimates for review, Conduct feasibility/impact analysis and submit for review, Coding \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze allocated task and understand low level and high level design \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct coding as per finalized technical specification document \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide training, support and leadership to the larger project team \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure functionality is delivered per the SOW. Identify deviations and communicate to project leadership. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow all project standard operating procedures (SOP) related to time reporting, DevOps, reporting status, updating PM/ticketing system for assignments, events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc. Required Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive experience of implementing end to end CRM solution using Sales Cloud and Community Cloud \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience & knowledge in development of customizations utilizing Salesforce and Vlocity \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Salesforce Configuration and Customization, API Integration, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Lightning, Apex Classes, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Java-script \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST API \xe2\x80\xa2 7 + years of experience in a Salesforce developer role with at least 2 of those in Vlocity development \xe2\x80\xa2 5 years + experience of working with deployment teams, using Agile development techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Vlocity Platform Developer Certification Preferred Experience : \xe2\x80\xa2 Platform App Builder or Platform Developer II Certifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with data migration using Data Loader Behavioral: \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem Solver. You are creative but also practical in finding solutions to problems that may arise in the project to avoid potential escalations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical. You like to dissect complex processes and can help forge a path based on your findings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven.
