Responsibilities Assist superior on below job responsibilities; Data Management/Sales Reporting:
Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or campaign.
Analyse data to produce reports and insights to support the formulation of strategies.
Prepare regular reports on status of all sales/pre-sale\xe2\x80\x99 activities, sales month-end report for management review.
Compile, analyse, and manage sales and customer database.
Coordinate accurate & updated records of all customer interactions, leads, and activities in the system to ensure data integrity and facilitate effective follow-up.
Follows the workflow and due diligence to ensure processes are fully updated using appropriate software and SOP\xe2\x80\x99s.
To enter all assigned data in an accurate and timely manner, including maintenance of the customer\'s data or contact database.
Sales Support:
Support sales team to meet KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
Train new & current employee for their job role and ensure they well aware and fully comply with the current SOP and sales procedure.
Monitoring sales team\xe2\x80\x99s productivity, assist in scheduling, planning, coordinating & implementation of meeting/event/others and update Management of any deficiencies.
Recognizing past trends in order to allow sales team to forecast future sales.
Responding to and handling of complaints and queries from customers in a courteous, enthusiastic manner and provide after-sales support when requested.
Preparation of business correspondence eg. letters, email, minutes of meeting.
Provide actionable information and insights to team members and management.
Support Sales Management to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to drive effective marketing campaigns, generate new and innovative ideas to support market development.
Sales Tools:
Ensure sales team has enough materials, like stand rack, brochures, sales sheets and presentation slides to properly demonstrate their products to clients.
Ensure sales team equipped with solid knowledge in managing & implementation of sales system & printer/handheld.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on Infront\'s products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Collaboration:
Working with other Sales Executive, Supervisor, Stakeholders from other departments such as marketing, production, warehouse and finance to optimize sales.
Work as a liaison between PIC and Process Owners to ensure a smooth flow of information been delivered.

Diploma in Business or equivalent
Minimum of 2 year\xe2\x80\x99s work experience
Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment
Proficient in MS Excel and Word

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Has initiative and a positive learning attitude with a pleasant disposition
Customer-oriented and able to multi-task
