Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets, promoting products and services to potential customers, building relationships with clients, and finding new revenue streams. The role also includes data entry, sales report preparation, and maintaining accurate records of all sales transactions. Qualifications Sales skills, including customer service, negotiation, and persuasion. Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English, Malay and /or Chinese is preferable. Relevant sales experience or a bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is an asset. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend seminars and conferences.
