Job Description

• Previous experience retail store management is essential. Experience in health & wellness retail store management is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction ratings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and operational best practices.
• Fluent in both written and oral English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysian.

Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.

ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of each nail spa outlet, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

• Drive monthly sales targets in line with the business growth plan and monitor performance against these targets.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and optimize staff scheduling.
• Implement training programs and create a positive work environment.
• Ensure each outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and brand promotion.
• Monitor and analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
• Foster open communication channels between headquarters, supervisors, and staff members to promote a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• As a retail store operation, you will be required to work on a rotational basis, including some weekends and public holidays.
