Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Hospitality
Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues immediately and professionally, escalating complex matters to the supervisor.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, checking back with guests shortly after serving to ensure satisfaction.
Present menus and provide detailed information regarding dishes, daily specials, preparation methods, and ingredients, with a strong focus on fresh seafood options
Set up and reset dining tables and areas according to established standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as the restaurant's policies and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Hiring age from 18years old - 32 years old (FIT TO WORK)
Experience in a seafood or high-volume casual dining setting is a strong asset
Experience in a busy full-service restaurant environment is preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain composure under pressure.
Punctual, reliable, team-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic
