I. BROAD FUNCTION To monitor entire plant are clean internally and externally and ensure the cleaning activity is within the specifications and required company standards. II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to prepare SOP documents and cleaning checklist for the sanitation tasks.
• Conduct Food Safety Training such as GMP, HACCP and Food Safety awareness.
• Conduct On Job training for all the machines on method of dismantling and fixing to sanitation staff
• Responsible to ensure the Master Cleaning Schedule is being followed.
• Responsible to monitor the Sanitation downtime.
• Supervise sanitation crew/contract cleaner on their day to day jobs.
• Conduct daily checks on external and internal cleanliness.
• Verification on the regulatory requirement such as DOE
• Responsible for the pest control program in the plant.
• Responsible to report to pest service provider if any live pest found internally or externally and able to verify the situation by eliminating the potential source of the pest.
• Ensure and manage IETS as per legal requirements
• Responsible for calibration of measurement equipment in IETS plant
• Responsible for oversee all IETS records & checklist
• Plan and oversee the tasks to be carried out by Sanitation Crew.
• Responsible to monitor the appearance of the outer garments and report to Sanitation Assistant Manager on the situation.
• Responsible to issue DCRN upon any documents changes.
• Prepare an accurate weekly and monthly report to Sanitation Assistant Manager.
• To ensure all chemicals MSDS within specifications and do ordering of cleaning tools including. Monitoring tools usage and preparing monthly supply. Tools usage and preparing monthly supply
• Knowledge of health and sanitation standards
• Ability to apply laws, rules and regulations to the work.
• Maintain Inventories by rotating properly, keeping storage areas neat and clean of any rubbish or foreign objects
• Ensure and kept the overall plant cleanliness all the time.
• Other duties as assigned
  III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any filed.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferably as Supervisor in hospitality or manufacturing. (Managing Cleanliness and Sanitation Activities)
  • Able to converse and write both Malay and English
  • Computer skills in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical skills and proactive.
  • Good communication skills at all levels.
  • Able to work under pressure.
