Do you love challenges?

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with a strong background in high availability and disaster recovery concepts to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP systems and be able to design, implement and manage SAP solutions in a highly available and disaster recovery environment.

The High Availability and Disaster Recovery technology used in NTT is mainly SIOS and AIX Clusters but there are other solutions too. There is also an in-house script developed to achieve high availability.

Responsibilities:

\xe2\x96\xa0 To operate and maintain SAP high availability and disaster recovery solutions.

\xe2\x96\xa0 To learn and understand the software/technology used in providing HA and DR in NTT\'s landscape.

\xe2\x96\xa0 To operate in a team in doing on-call support for any HA/DR related incidents.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Provide technical support for SAP Basis related issues which concerns with HA/DR.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Participate/coordinate disaster recovery test activities.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Maintain knowledge of SAP technologies and trends

\xe2\x96\xa0 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

\xe2\x96\xa0 5+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant

\xe2\x96\xa0 Strong understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP S/4HANA

\xe2\x96\xa0 Proven skills of Database Products Knowledge like ASE, HANA etc.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Database Native High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solutions Knowledge

\xe2\x96\xa0 Hands on Experience in setting up Database Replication and good exposure for Maintenance and Support

\xe2\x96\xa0 Proven experience with high availability and disaster recovery concepts

\xe2\x96\xa0 Good understanding of Linux Operating Systems

\xe2\x96\xa0 Optionally first-hand experience in AIX Operating Systems

\xe2\x96\xa0 Basic knowledge in infrastructure virtualization technologies.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Excellent communication and collaboration skills

\xe2\x96\xa0 Ability to work independently and in a team environment

\xe2\x96\xa0 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
