Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

SAP Data Migration Test Lead / Manager

to support a global transformation program, focusing on data migration strategy, execution, and compliance across multiple releases. You will lead and manage the testing lifecycle for SAP data migration, ensuring alignment with project tollgates, driving defect management, and ensuring production readiness. This role involves close collaboration with data migration, security, and integration teams, playing a key role in PtQ/PtP preparation, operational qualification, and performance validation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP data migration testing lifecycle. Align testing deliverables with project tollgates, ensuring timely approvals and quality standards. Drive defect management -- triage, tracking, resolution coordination, and feedback loops with execution teams. Oversee Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities, including test tool setup and execution. Prepare and support PtQ/PtP (Plan to Qualify / Plan to Production) documentation and readiness activities. Collaborate with PQM to define data migration methodologies, templates, and best practices. Facilitate preparation of data migration deliverables (production load formats, DVT/DMW documentation, etc.). Act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all data migration-related topics across security, basis, and integration. Support mock and production load execution, ensuring readiness in scripts, access, and training. Assist with resource onboarding and coordination for data migration teams. Participate in go-live readiness reviews, audits, and be available for potential travel during go-live phases.

Desired Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in SAP testing or test management, preferably within data migration or large-scale ERP programs. Strong understanding of SAP modules, integration points, and data migration methodologies. Proven ability to manage complex testing cycles, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure compliance with global project standards.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
