Role Summary: The SAP FICO Consultants of respective modules will be responsible for project implementation and on-going support activities. Participate and lead in blueprint workshop, system configuration, testing and cutover efforts. Provide functional input and assist in technical development. Job Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to handle change request with good business analysis skills to enhance current SAP configuration to meet business and user requirement Interact with the business users in the relevant functional area and understand their business processes, current pain points and the business requirements. Provide SAP functional solution and best practise with high professional level for better utilization of the system through support ticket management Contribute continuous improvement to current global template solution Participate in SAP Rollout Implementation in all project phases and to conduct \'as-is\' and \'to-be\' workshop and identified gap against global template To perform system configuration and all project documentation update Set up test scenarios, test cases and either perform or support some or all of: Unit Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Conduct users training Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, any fields. Minimum 4 years of related experience Minimum 2 full cycles implementation/rollout Deep understanding of SAP FICO modules as well as has strong integration knowledge across modules. SAP Skill types(any) : FICO Hands on experience in SAP configuration Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, proactive and able to work under pressure. Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence. Strong analytical approach to problem solving and attention to detail Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including: questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing. Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical meetings on small to medium sized engagements.
