Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Analyze business processes and look at (re)design and improvements - Lead in driving workshops to gather the information needed for fit-gap analysis or blueprints - Coordinate, communicate and assign tasks with the team. - Create functional designs but are also able to validate and provide feedback on designs of others - Able to define the bigger picture and make impact on other teams and work streams - Able to communicate the impact to the business and other teams - Train and explain how the new processes will be managed and executed - Able to set up test scripts together with the business and follow up on test execution - Provide input with regards to the activities needed for cutover - Driver for new initiatives and innovation topics QUALIFICATIONS: - Relevant Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and/or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree - Completed several full-cycle implementations (preferred) - More than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in SAP FICO - Experience with new technologies such as S/4 HANA, or are willing to learn them - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - A businesslike and professional appearance - Have the drive to continue developing and are willing to invest in your growth - Willing to travel - Portray our core values: respect, care, commitment, team spirit and entrepreneurship
