Why does this job exist and why is it critical The SME (subject matter expert) in SAP and the BA (Business Analyst) for the Finance IT division. To design, develop requirements, for process or system solutions which may span multiple business domains by partnering with stakeholders and appropriate IT teams (Development, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture); leveraging multiple business requirements gathering methodologies to identify business, functional and non-functional requirements. To be the SAP Functional Lead role to own all SAP initiatives/projects and govern SAP architecture/services. Manage SAP technical on changes request, issue and SAP related projects. He/She is a financial technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders. To als provide 3rd level support and project management for one or more Finance IT applications by analysing the problems/issues for resolution and to undertake possible improvement(s) to the application to help business users to carry out their daily processes smoothly and efficiently. To act as single point of contact for Finance Division for IT related matters. What are you accountable for Manage and coordinate the change requests from business users. Proven ability to develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders - technical and business. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to identify flexible and forward thinking IT solutions Project coordination and project management from preparing IC paper to project implementation. Manage and coordinate with vendors for the effort and timeline to deliver the change requests and projects. Provide 3rd level support for Finance related systems such as SAP S/4 HANA Manage business user expectation through continues users engagement. Liaison of the interface systems from/to Finance & Corporate IT applications. Vendor Management with regards to change management, project deliverables and negotiating for better package of services. What do you need to have for the role Strong knowledge on SAP FICO with minimum 5-10 years and above. Minimum 3 end to end SAP implementation. Experience in SAP S4 HANA. Understanding of accounting business processes Good understanding on SAP FICO ( PC, CC , IO and COPA) and RE ( Real Estate Management ). Good knowledge of Tax (SST and GST) and withholding tax Deep hands-on functional experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP. Provide knowledge and understanding of SAP FICO, SD and Purchasing concepts and process flows that they are able to both understand existing configuration and solutions and also design new solutions for new requirements. Must have hands-on SAP implementation experience with strong knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP integration with 3rd Party system Able to manage different stakeholder eg vendor team, project team and business user. Prefer experience in telco industry but not mandatory. Ability to work independently. Good analytical thinking as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent English verbal and written communication. Formal Education Bachelors Degree in IT /Information System / Accounting / Engineering. Requirement : Hands on knowledge in SAP S/4 RISE on AWS, SAP FICO ( PC, CC , IO and COPA) and RE ( Real Estate Management ). Added advantage - Project Management, SAP Certification.
