- Provide daily support and administration on SuccessFactors & Payroll in S/4 Hana
- Understand the business processes and business requirements of the organization
- Attending to all issues raised, resolve problems and follow up on the issues
- Managing & controlling the change request by business user
- Identify and initiate the process improvements to achieve business requirements
- Close liaison with business users, vendor and internal support teams
- Provide high quality support to internal and external users
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years\' working experience in HR or Payroll systems
- Familiar with HR & Payroll business processes
- Experience on SuccessFactors or SAP system will be an added advantage
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
