Job Description
- SAP implementation - Project Management - Process re-engineering - Documentation Project documents, technical specifications & operational manual - Training to end users - Daily operations support & trouble shoot
- Involve in project implementation, business requirements analysis, business process design, SAP system design and configuration, system testing, data migration and user training and go-live support
- Gathering user requirements, translating functional document into technical specification
- Ability to analyze business problems and provide technical advice
- Prepare training documents and provide regular training to end users.
- Stakeholder Management to enable the effective communications and transparent the project issues and decisions.
- Manage daily SAP application maintenance and conduct regular review to examine the overall efficiency
