Possess Degree in Accounting or Information Technology with SAP certification is a plus for this position.
4-6 years of experience in the country/cluster, sector/cross sector, or corporate unit related to service operations/service management (in at least two business processes/areas).
4-6 years\' expertise with programming skills and SAP reporting tools including report writer, report painter, and ABAP query.
4-6 years\' experience with SAP implementation projects or consulting will be an added benefit.
The capacity to identify, bring to light, and resolve disputes as well as the development of an environment that fosters teamwork
Cross-border service delivery requires a minimum of two years.

Responsibilities:

In the specific area of responsibility, provide complicated, value-oriented services with high quality and in compliance with the rules, laws, and policies governing the company\'s accounting. to take part in GBS improvement programmes and efforts locally and/or internationally. For the prompt completion of process project migration and SAP roll-out, offer consultancy and professional services.
Take part in internal control and compliance programme operations.
Knowledge of SAP/4 HANA / R3 processes and features in the customer service module, as well as the integration elements with the other modules.
Daily communication with customers and external partners in the approved language(s) at a professional level.
Completes tasks and activities as assigned with high quality and efficiency while adhering to all corporate and customer rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and/or directives (fully) - Fully demonstrates a strong service delivery emphasis

Particularly for SAP experts:

Assist the team in problem solving and offer consumers advisory support.
Manage and address application-related concerns, such as inquiries from customers (including follow-up and issue resolution) and investigation.
Evaluate how well the GBS procedures are working and suggest and follow up on any areas that might want improvement.
Assign technical requests to the proper technical support staff and make sure that problems are quickly rectified (support)
Carry out and offer assistance with data migration tasks for businesses implementing the new SAP platform.
