Job Description


We are hiring for our client, a seasoned and proactive SAP Pre-Sales Lead / Senior Consultant to drive business development and pre-sales activities across the APAC region. This role is integral to the Sales Team, responsible for fostering SAP business growth, managing client and partner relationships, and delivering customized solutions aligned with customer needs. With robust training and mentorship, the organization provides a supportive environment for the professional growth of its team members in IT service sales.Key Responsibilities

  • Spearheading SAP business development and pre-sales efforts to meet and exceed growth objectives.
  • Crafting and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and partners.
  • Managing sales opportunities from initiation to closure, ensuring optimal customer solutions and accurate estimations.
  • Preparing high-quality RFP responses and proposals, articulating value propositions and competitive differentiators.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and present tailored SAP solutions, including proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.
  • Providing consultative leadership in solution architecture, leveraging deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and related product suites.
  • Leading executive workshops, solution design sessions, and presentations to highlight the business value of SAP offerings.
  • Ensuring seamless handoff of solution designs and cost estimations to delivery teams for successful execution.
  • Training team members on service offerings, technical aspects, and industry best practices to enhance pre-sales capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • Over 5 years of experience in SAP pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting, with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules.
  • Proven background in SAP implementation as a consultant or project manager.
  • Broad knowledge of SAP solutions and use cases; additional ERP experience is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead value-based client engagements and conversations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Analytical and commercial acumen for developing innovative, customer-focused solutions.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Activate, Agile, SDLC, and SCRUM.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Extensive understanding of SAP products and best practices.
