Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
s:

• Serve as the primary production support contact for Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations, covering SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), Customer Service, Distribution Centers, and limited Finance.
• Support EDI processes and ensure seamless e-commerce integrations.
• Review and assess proposed business solutions, ensuring alignment with the global template and regulatory standards.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) by delivering efficient system support and ensuring compliance with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee change control, access control, and landscape management processes.
• Evaluate and approve support-driven changes before implementation in production.
• Participate in SAP projects, upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions through Hypercare support.
• Monitor system performance, alerts, and resolve issues proactively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA SD and EDI/E-Commerce integrations.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Platform, template design, and business consulting.
• Strong understanding of SAP OTC processes and integrations with FI/CO/MM/WM.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD, including pricing, billing, shipping, and order management.
• Hands-on experience with EDI integrations (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810).
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), Dispute & Credit Management.
• Experience in SAP BRF+, Advanced ATP, and Backorder Processing (BOP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
