Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line IT support for SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) service globally, adhering to agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Perform incident resolution, service request handling, and request for change (RFC) management.
- Configure SAP SD module and ensure integration with cross modules (SD/LES/FI) to support End-to-End business processes.
- Execute support activities including customization, unit testing, User Acceptance Tests (UAT), production support, and aftercare.
- Foster close collaboration within the SD team, cross DIGITAL teams, and internal customers to ensure alignment and maintain stable day-to-day operations.
- Prepare functional and technical specification templates and user documentation as per agreed standards.
- Document and maintain operational processes and procedures while actively contributing to continuous process improvement.
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP SD
- Experience in implementations and support
- Able to translate business requirements into SAP Solutions, delivering business process improvements
