Role Overview: As the Sarawak Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in executing the sales strategy for the Sarawak region. Working under the direct supervision of the East Malaysia Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales processes, achieving monthly/yearly targets, and enhancing market penetration and Beko market share in the area. Key Responsibilities: Drive the sales process to ensure the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets. Conduct regular sales visits to authorized dealers, providing updates on sales campaigns, new product launches, payment collections, and more. Develop and execute plans for channel expansion to increase market penetration and Beko market share. Submit reliable demand forecasts based on market conditions, maintaining optimal stock levels while capitalizing on sales opportunities. Build strong relationships with authorized dealers to gather market intelligence and conduct competitor analysis. Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of the sales strategy. Follow up with appointed Service Centre on any defect complaints from dealers.
