Management Consultant, Strategy & Consulting Banking

We serve the largest financial services companies from the banking sector.

Professionals in our practice drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or create new markets. They progress through required promotion into market-facing roles that have a direct impact on our growth.

As a Management Consultant, you design and implement transformational industry, functional and/or digital solutions to drive business value for our clients. Apply deep process, operational excellence and change skills to help clients navigate shifting market demands, optimize their business and leverage their talent.

Job Responsibilities:

Consulting and partnering with our clients to help them develop high performance solutions to advance their industry position

Identifying strategic operational issues and performance gaps

Designing comprehensive new target businesses and technology architectures, operating models and processes, and leveraging digital capabilities to shape major transformation journeys

Building business cases and implementation roadmaps to help activate the defined client transformation programmes

Delivering major complex client transformation from on business, technology, architecture and programme management perspectives

Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor s degree or equivalent

At least 3 to 5 years of industry/ consulting experience

Deep domain knowledge in one or more of the following

Retail Banking (lending/credit, deposits, channels, digital/mobile/internet banking. Including front and back office functions/processes)

Corporate Banking (cash management, transaction banking, trade finance, supply chain finance, corporate lending/credit. Including front and back office processes)

Payments (banking payments solutions, payment value chain, understand functional and technical difference between various payments)

Has experience in business strategy, business &blueprint planning, business process improvements, operating model, business analysis

Has experience in banking and digital technology architecture

Must have prior experience with project implementations e.g. digital transformations and technology implementations (Roles include but not limited to Business & Functional, Technology Architecture, Deployment, Change Management, Solution Architect, Customer Experience Journey, Process Design)

Keen knowledge and experience in Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies (ITIL, Scrum, etc would be an advantage)

Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.

Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.

Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions.
