Job Description
- Multi-lingual in both verbal and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum SPM certificate holder
- Fresh graduate are also welcome.
- Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
- With or without experience may apply.
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Schedule and plan all service requirements by contacting customers on a daily basis
- Follow up and reschedule missed services to ensure no service backlogs.
- Call customers for confirmation of the visit.
- Ensure all schedule and customer information is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Sales team for any available slots for new sales scheduling
