Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in related background, or with average of 5 years relevant experience

• May makes recommendation to supervisor generally in ensuring the overall operational success of assigned work areas
• May performs regular process and quality performance audits of personnel, tooling and equipment in assigned areas
• Resolves and/or facilitates resolution of problems including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence
• Performs other related duties as directed or assigned
• Computer literate \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c strong user of Microsoft Office application

• Plan material according to demand and ensure material clean to build
• Plan production schedule, execute build plan and production order with taking into consideration of capacity planning, to ensure supply efficiency
• Drive for site forecast/LBE (Last Best Estimate)/Build Plan support ability discussion through RRP (Resource Requirement Planning)
• Coordinates production activity in multiple work area to ensure that product is continuously processed in accordance with build schedules
• Manage inventory control by product, covering ZRAW (Raw Materials), ZSMI (Semifinished Product) and WIP (Work in Progress) as well as Finish Goods; minimize excess and slow moving inventory
• Continuously drive inventory management programs to support plant/global DOI (Days of Inventory) achievement
• Maintain master data with planning parameters in the system to ensure efficient MRP (Material Requirements Planning) execution
• Identify supply constraints and determine feasible contingency plan.
• Ensure Finished Good readiness to support customer order and delivery with expectation no past due back order
• Continuously identify and improve the planning processes
