Job Description
responsible for overseeing and optimizing the flow of goods and services within an organization, from procurement to delivery. This role involves managing logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient and timely operations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing supply chain strategies, monitoring inventory levels, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.Supplier Management:
Managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.Inventory Management:
Monitoring inventory levels, implementing inventory control measures, and optimizing stock replenishment processes.Logistics Management:
Overseeing transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.Process Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement in the supply chain process and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Data Analysis:
Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and preparing reports on supply chain performance.Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to the supply chain.Collaboration:
Working with various teams, including procurement, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination of supply chain activities.Customer Relationship Management:
Maintaining strong relationships with customers and addressing any supply chain-related issues or concerns.Working day: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
