Sandvik Equipment Sdn Bhd - Internship Placement
Are you a graduate professional who is passionate to learn and develop within the role in a high-tech engineering company with origin from Sweden? If yes, this may be just the right position for you.
We are looking for a proactive Internship Trainee for our newly established factory in Seremban - Sendayan Techvalley for the underground load & haul equipment.

In this position you will learn various functionality (both technical and physical knowledge - electrical & mechanical components), including process efficiency, optimize the productivity, secure quality product, ensure on-time deliveries and measures to be compliant to EHS policies. As well the business management related students, will be exposed for tasks related to finance, procurement, logistics, etc.

• Collaborate between multi functions / departments to assist
• Learn industrial terminology related to certain tasks
• Ensure work logs are maintained and updated regularly
• Compliance with instructions and organizational practices at work
• Taking quality requirements into account at work
• Take care of occupational safety and general cleanliness
• Able to read & understand mechanical & electrical terminology, drawings, and hydraulic diagram
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawing and experience in panel and circuit wiring
• Familiar with and able to use selected mechanical & electrical assembly tools
• Ensure Sandvik Way of Working procedures are in place and always adhered to
• Meticulous to quality requirement and EHS procedures

Your background and what we find important
This role would be ideal for someone looking for a new challenge & to become an expert in the heavy industrial machinery assembly area. As a person, you have excellent communication & customer service skills, able to stay committed & deliver as required, able to work in a team as well independently with minimum supervision, fluent English speaking with certificate from University / College or technical & vocational institutions.
