Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Livestream Script Writing
- Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive livestream scripts that highlight product benefits, drive conversions, and keep audiences hooked from start to end.
- Craft strong opening hooks, structured product talking points, and compelling closing CTAs tailored for livestream selling.

2. Platform-Specific Content
- Adapt scripts to fit different livestream platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), ensuring tone, structure, and pacing match each platform's audience behavior and algorithm.
- Create dynamic script flows that work well for both solo hosts and dual-host formats.

3. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with livestream managers, producers, and hosts to ensure scripts are practical, easy to deliver, and aligned with campaign goals.
- Adjust scripts quickly based on feedback or real-time campaign changes.

4. Script Review & Optimization
- Revise scripts based on internal/ clients feedback and past performance to improve future livestream flow, engagement, and sales impact.
- Maintain consistency in tone, language, and brand messaging across all livestream content

Requirements

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Creative Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or storytelling -- preferably for livestream, social media, or digital platforms.

3. Excellent command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.

4. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify product information into engaging content.

5. Understanding of livestream dynamics (hooks, pacing, audience engagement, call-to-action moments).

6. Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high attention to detail.
