Skills and experience.

• Over 3 years working with Agile/Scrum and/or Project Management methodology in successful

global projects.

• Highly developed skills in coaching/leading teams: Builds the right team mindset, i.e. establishes

accountability, supports partnership

• Experienced with integration projects and data stewardship processes
• Extensive planning experience. This includes planning with vendors and suppliers and in complex

situations

• Knowledge of CRM and cloud-based solutions such as Salesforce, IQVIA or Veeva and a good

understanding of data and analytics technology is a plus.

• Experience of leading retrospective formats, and handling changes.
• Collaborative, listens and cultivates alignment
• Outstanding communicator - written, verbal, diplomatic, can communicate with different cultures.

Excellent written and verbal English.

• Finds ways to work efficiently across the workstreams and is able to connect the dots across

workstreams and within the WS

• Jira, gSuite
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a big plus
