Work you\'ll do

• Assist in technology testing sessions such as user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Assist in regular data extraction and preparation of data visualization through interactive dashboards
• Manage the overall administration function including business correspondence filing and sorting
• Planning and organizing meetings, following up on actions items and update action list
• Creating and managing documents and presentations including formatting
• Manage the logistics support for events, training, and activities
• Assist in ad-hoc change and transformati on projects when required

Requirements

• 1-2 years of practical work experience in administration
• Good communication skills both verbal and written (English language)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Organization, time management and prioritizati on skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of an organization
