Job Description

Within PPG, we have an opportunity for SEA Commercial Excellence Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The position will be key business partner to various functions across SEA countries responsible for commercial excellence for senior management\'s decision making.

Your New Role

• You will lead and drive SEA commercial excellence initiatives in line with strategic direction
• Own price management and review price list
• Incentive scheme design and data simulation
• Track sales and analyze variance against a target
• Get engaged in conducting in-depth business performance analytics on the customer, products, segments, geography, and pricing on the agreed basis
• Handle product margin to identify profit leaking areas and propose improvement actions
• Develop reporting/model to supervise implemented action of the price increase and sales strategies
• Analyze investment payback of body shop (4S store) and improve ROI%
• Develop a framework for distributor management
• Develop tools/dashboards to provide performance result
• Proactively identifies and communicates areas for process improvement to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the functions in providing valuable support and optimizing commercial process
• Lead project as automation of rebate calculation, motor manufacturing transformation, E-contract

Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor or above degree
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in commercial or BA/FP&A area
• Good written and oral English
• Proficient in excel, PPT, and Power BI preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the business model
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business sense
• Strong sense of internal control
• An ability to handle a difficult situation, attention to detail, and logical thinking
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and complex environment with multiple priorities
