For individuals who can take the initiative, but work well within a team.Job Summary:The regional business analyst for Asia Land reports directly to the Reg FP&A Lead who together supports regional reporting of its Asia Land financials. Key focus on producing meaningful management information and business insights on Land for Asia region ie SEA (SG, Philippines, Vietnam) and NEA (China, Japan).Interacts with Regional Head of Finance, Finance Operations Managers, Regional Business Line Controllers and Group Control in the Netherlands.About the Role:Monthly reportingMonthly reporting and analyses of regional results and deviations compared to forecast. Analyse result development drivers and monitor their evolution (including metrics such as DRO, backlog and utilization).
