About the role

The Sustainability Manager works closely with senior management and regional team to formulate strategies for environmental initiatives, set appropriate goals and targets. The Manager leads and executes the company\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability strategic plans and initiatives.

What you will be doing

• Work closely with Global and Regional sustainability team to develop Bollore Logistics Service Sustainability Roadmap. Spread out the roadmap to internal stakeholders (FO, MO and back office).
• Drive all service providers to develop specific sustainability action plan around the topic of decarbonization, social responsibility and community engagement.
• Monitor implementation of Bollore Logistics sustainability goals and targets across South East Asia; and recommend continuous improvement plans.
• Integrate sustainability demands into tender process by collaborating with FO team.
• Lead the annual corporate sustainability report complying with relevant standards and formats, including data collection, compilation and analysis, and content development.
• Provide internal training on social sustainability, company policies and best practices.

Requirements The successful candidate

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or other relevant disciplines

• Certification in the GRI standard or carbon auditing will be an advantage
• A strong command of oral and written English
• A good team player, responsible and dedicated to work
• Faster learner and able to work under high pressure
• Good analytical Windows suite, in particular Excel and PPT.
• Conceptual skills, and high level of commercial acumen
• Good command of Self-driven, detail and results-orientated with an ability to work well under pressure
• Strong sense of ethics, trustworthy, reliable, able to work individually as well as part of a team
