\xc2\xb7 Daily secretarial duties and handling confidential matters for 3 GMs.\xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support and assistance.\xc2\xb7 Preparation and compilation of confidential correspondence, minutes of meeting and business contracts.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, travel plan, flight bookings and hotel accommodation.\xc2\xb7 Organize and maintain files and records.\xc2\xb7 Follow-up on action items and coordinate with head of departments.\xc2\xb7 Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.\xc2\xb7 To assist in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions.\xc2\xb7 Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment, and selection process.\xc2\xb7 Assist in payroll related matters including statutory deductions.\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time.Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
