Job Description


  • Willing to learn with positive mindset and able to work in the office as a teamwork.
  • Able to follow instruction and SOP
  • Has good initiative & not calculative to perform task assigned by superior.
  • Self-discipline, hardworking and passionate in customer service.
  • Having knowledge in photo & video editing or content creating will be an added advantage to this position.
  • Punctuality & Full commitment are required.
Work Timing & Days : 9am - 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break) 6 days per week.Responsibilities
  • Office administration work with Simple account entry (in/out)
  • Customer service on all online social media channels & offline communication
  • Responsible for all invoice, DO & Payroll documents entry & filling.
  • Being a personal secretary for Co-Founder to assist on secretary work or any specific task assigned by the Management.
