Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the travel industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining privacy.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Relevant educational background (e.g., diploma or degree in business administration or a related field) is preferred.
Possessed pleasant personality and friendly attitude which able to deal with any level of authority
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and accurate information dissemination.
Prepare, review, and manage documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee office supplies and equipment, manage office, and coordinate with other departments to support overall office functionality.
Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, representing the Managing Director in a professional manner and handling inquiries and requests efficiently.
