Job Description


  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the travel industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining privacy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant educational background (e.g., diploma or degree in business administration or a related field) is preferred.
  • Possessed pleasant personality and friendly attitude which able to deal with any level of authority
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and accurate information dissemination.
  • Prepare, review, and manage documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, manage office, and coordinate with other departments to support overall office functionality.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, representing the Managing Director in a professional manner and handling inquiries and requests efficiently.
