Responsible in managing appointment/meeting schedule of the Managing Director (MD).
Responsible in managing, recording, filing and storing of internal & external correspondence to, from and via MD.
Responsible in ensuring proper and efficient documents. and files management system for easy references and retrieval.
Responsible in handling telephone calls to MD and proactively redirect calls to relevant personnel/entity for an immediate response.
Drafting and typing of simple letters, memos, scanning and faxing.
Maintaining an updated list of network contacts.
Conducting internet research for information gathering.
Assisting MD\xe2\x80\x99s Office Administration Unit/personnel on administrative matters
Attending to any other duties as may be assigned by the MD from time to time.
Requirements: \xc3\x98 Diploma / Bachelor in Account / Business Administration (Hons) / Office Management or equivalent from University/College recognized by the Government of Malaysia or its equivalent. \xc3\x98 Minimum (one) 1 year working experience in secretarial and administrative.
