Permanent contract Full Time
JOB SCOPES:
  • Aligning company\xe2\x80\x99s regulations, guidelines, and policies
  • Discretion and trustworthiness on confidential information
  • Carry out administrative or personal work on behalf of the Director which includes being the point of contact between the Director and the clients
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the Director by screening and responding to emails, phone calls and other correspondence
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and other materials as needed
  • Monitor and manage Director\xe2\x80\x99s reimbursements
  • Research, identify and develop new business / market opportunities
  • Assist Director in devising business plans and goals
  • Anticipate the Director\xe2\x80\x99s needs and take proactive steps to ensure smooth workflow and success
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments / meetings and taking minutes of meeting / itinerary and general correspondence
  • Ability to organize in-house and external events/conferences
  • Assist director for daily office activities or operation
  • Liaise with other executives and staff members to ensure seamless communication and operations within the organization
  • Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess at least Diploma / Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent
  • Contain 1 year or above working experience in the related field will be priority
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and other relevant software
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
  • Willing to work flexible hours and be available outside pf regular business hours when necessary
  • Able to work in Miri, Sarawak (for Non-Mirian housing allowance will be provided)
