Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform full administrative and secretarial duties and corporate matters for Director.
  • Provide full aspects personal assistance to Director.
  • Managing correspondence including emails letters and drafting letter of reply to the correspondence.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments for Director.
  • To assist Operations Director in overall operations, management & marketing planning.
  • Managing company social media platforms such as company website, facebook, Instagram etc.
  • Managing various and hoc requests assigned from time to time by the director.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or Management / Marketing / Secretarial
  • Minimum 1 year\'s of working experience in Secretary position preferred
  • Required languages: English Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent verbal & written skills.
  • Good knowledge of E-commerce, social media platforms, website and SEO, online marketing, social media marketing and online advertising
  • Good knowledge in Photoshop, Canva will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates with good digital marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply
