Security Assistant Officer/ Senior Security Assistant Officer

Your Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and deploy effectively shift in house security and outsourced security to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s security and loss prevention objectives.
• Ensure the Security Shift Team runs in accordance with company policies, rules and regulations. Conduct shift security inspection & assessments on buildings, departments, grounds, equipment, operation system and manpower deployment to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Take remedial action as and when shortcomings and deviations are detected.
• Organize daily deployment effectively and also manage the outsource security on daily basis to meet KPIs . Ensure all the team members comply and understand security process and procedures and well-disciplined on security and safety requirements.
• Manage, control and monitor Security Control Center (SCC) effectively to meet security operation, safety & security systems KPIs.
• Manage effectively Integrated Security Systems such as CCTV, VMS, Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Emergency Door Alarm, Boom Gates and Badging System during on shift.
• Lead plant Shift ERT (Emergency Response Team) for Security Dept. and work closely with Shift ERT Lead/Commander. Take immediate action in the event of major safety/security incidents and control the situations until the arrival of the management e.g. Shift ERT Lead/Commander/EHS Managements.
• Conduct thoroughly investigation on any reported cases, generate SIR, do preliminary investigation report, secure all relevant evidences and submit to immediate supervisor/Security Manager within shift. Dealing with government authorities effectively (Police, BOMBA, Anti-Drug Agency, etc.) as assigned by security management related to security cases.
• Supervise, coach and motivate outsourced shift security team/subordinates to achieve the departmental goals through the set of values of the company.
• Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respect our employees, peers and customers in accordance with the core values of our company.
• Perform any other security/safety duties or initiatives as directed by the immediate superior/Security Management from time to time.

Your Profile

• Candidate possess at least Diploma in Engineering, Science or equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferable
• Be a team worker and able to be a team leader.
• Complex problem solving skill and good technical capability.
• Be responsible, out of box thinking and problem solving ability, good communication Skills.
• Knowledgeable in computer literacy, investigation skills and Security SystemsAdapt with shift work.
