Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise in-house and outsourced security guards to safeguard company assets, employee safety, and overall plant security. Monitor daily security operations to ensure compliance with company procedures (patrols, bag checks, visitor/vehicle checks, access control). Plan and manage monthly duty rosters, overtime, security expenses, and manpower arrangements; approve security staff leave at the first level. Enforce and review security SOPs, propose improvements, and ensure strict adherence at all times. Supervise outsourced security to meet company standards. Conduct and oversee checks on outgoing vehicles, ensuring only authorized goods leave the premises. Manage visitor entry/exit records and monitor for unauthorized or prolonged stays. Patrol and report suspicious activities around the company compound; liaise with police or relevant authorities when necessary. Respond to fire alarms, emergencies, and assist in investigations (internal or by authorities). Ensure effective communication flow among security personnel across shifts. Train, coach, and provide on-the-job guidance to junior security staff. Cover guard duties when manpower shortage occurs, including shift work if required. Undertake any other security-related projects or assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

Diploma in any fields. Priority to male candidates with age ranging from 25 to 35 years old. Proficient in Bahasa Melayu & English.
