Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.Duties: -Responsible for the supervision of all Security staff and contracted security staff in the implementation and observation of all security and safety policies of the Resort.Core Competencies:1. • Diploma or degree in Security Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Security Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and manage crisis situations effectively.
• Good physical condition and able to work in challenging environments.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations pertaining to security operations.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
