Be responsible for the safety and security of guests and employees.
Be responsible for the safe keeping of guest\xe2\x80\x99s items and luggage.
Able to implement procedures for emergency incidents.
Be thoroughly familiar with hotel\xe2\x80\x99s emergency plan including fire emergency.
Maintain a good knowledge of the laws relating to theft, lost properties, death incidences, criminal activities.
Make regular patrol of all areas including employee locker rooms, kitchens, food and beverage storage areas, car parking and remote areas.
Assist and maintain crowd control as and when required
Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises.
Ensure there is no obstruction to the hotel parking areas including the loading area.
Ensure that unauthorized vehicles are removed.
Be correct, secure and courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal case.
Establish and maintain the effective employee relations.
Ensure hotel alarm system is in good working order.
