Responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests, employees, and property within the resort premises. Ensures all security procedures are followed and reports any suspicious activities or safety hazards promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor resort areas, including entrances, guest areas, and staff zones.
Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and company property.
Check and control entry/exit of vehicles, visitors, and deliveries.
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain daily security reports and incident logs.
Monitor CCTV and report any unusual or suspicious activities.
Assist in fire safety checks and emergency evacuation procedures.
Enforce resort rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
Support other departments during events or guest activities when required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience in security or related field preferred.
Physically fit and alert.
Good communication and observation skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
