Protect lives and properties of guests, employees and hotel and to enforce rules and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Welcome and assist the guests, as the host of the hotel
To make regular rounds of assigned areas.
To observe any abnormal activities on the part of employees or guests.
To be alert non-guest or suspicious person wandering around hotel, report to supervisor or duty manager
To assist the duty manager in inspecting the rooms of doubtful clients and assisting with suspected guests who attempt to leave without paying.
To investigate any offense reported whilst on patrol and to ensure full details are made available to the police when necessary.
To look out for keys left in doors and to ensure their safekeeping.
To size and deal with items found on patrol.
To maintain a close watch for any fire or safety hazards.
To provide security where required.
To keep the security posts neat and tidy at all times.
Report when the loading/unloading bays and surrounding areas need to be clean or tidy to housekeeping department.
Assist in the hotel's evacuation during a fire alarm emergency.
Performance any other duty requests by supervisor or security manager.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Friendly, approachable with pleasant personality
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday
- Previous experience in Security, preferably in hospitality setting
- Knowledge/certification in security and safety fields is an added advantage
- Responsive, honest and able to practice open communication

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,779.06 per month
