Security Guard
Job Description
1. To safeguard company premises and property
2. To conduct complete checking upon staff and visitor vehicle when they leave the factory area.
3. To ensure company property that is leaving the factory to have a proper gate pass.
4. To do spot checks on employees from time to time.
5. To collect the punch cards and pass to HR, ensure nobody punch on behalf.
6. To record the arrival of Evergreen staff in Evergreen book and log book.
7. To be at the post, record the arrival of visitor/contractor. To give the relevant pass and guide visitor to the office.
8. To record container/trailer /lorry that carry finished goods out and ensure the tonnage matches gate pass.
9. To enforce company rules and regulation from time to time.
10. To patrol and do clocking at suitable interval.
11. To ensure logs/offcut/waste/diesel are recorded correctly.
12. To ensure handover job to be properly done.
13. To relief the receiving clerk during his absence only.
14. To ensure 5S of the area..
15. To ensure visitors and contractors who are visiting or working in the factory area to have their Visitor Entry Approval forms and Approval for Work to be done by contractor forms approved by Management.
16. To feedback when there is no water or low water supply from SAJ.
17. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
