Job Description
SECURITY 1. Responsible for monitoring and controlling staff entrances 2. Patrolling on a regular basis 3. Managing undesirable behavior in order to deliver a safe Guest and teammate experience. 4. Responsible for assisting with all safety and security programs and initiatives 5. Required to lead a team, communicate, coordinate and work well with other teammates, managers and guests 6. Help lead investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, unlawful activities, and complete corresponding incident reports 7. Direct response to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property 8. Serve as primary liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement 9. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner 10. Be fully conversant with hotel Fire and Emergency procedures Requirements: Education:
Candidate must possess at least SPM or Certificates level. Required language: English , Bahasa Malaysia At least three (3) years of working experienced as Security is required for this position
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skill Pro-active, diligent, team player, and able to work well under pressure. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 per month Benefits:
